If we had to pick just one thing as the crux of the success of a learning business we’d definitely argue it would have to be the learning experiences—the products and services that are actually offered. What do you get when you provide a learning experience that’s truly meaningful? According to this week’s guests on the podcast, Nancy Bacon and Mark Nilles, you create something “learningful”.
